Just a sweet little reminder that Q is hosting an info night TOMORROW (or depending on when you're reading this, possibly today) Tuesday, March 20th at 6:30pm aaaaalllllllll about the joys of massage school, the totally rockin' education you can get, the incredible ways you can help people through massage, and even the nitty gritty details on how much this adventure costs and how to get funding to help pay for it! Uber awesome, huh?

Mister Sandman???
Gah!! Daylight savings already??!? *sigh, shuffles to coffee pot* must. re-regulate. sleep habits! I don't know about you, but anytime we shift the clocks around it feels like my world has been rocked off it's axis. That subtle 60 minutes really takes its toll! And even when we're not talking time warping (I'm having flashbacks to Rocky Horror Picture Show) sleep can feels somewhat elusive.
To help, not only are we offering this really GREAT article on how to sleep better but through the course of our work as LMT's, we've also noticed a pattern of massage that really helps people drift off to dream land.
