Open House Happy Hour!

Can you believe how quickly four years has passed??  No, I'm not talking about election mumbo-jumbo, I'm talking about Q!  It was 1,460 days ago that we opened our doors for the first time.  To celebrate and say thanks we're throwin' a little Open House Happy Hour from 5:30 - 6:30pm tomorrow (Thursday, November 1st). 

We're thrilled to have seen over 1,000 new faces come though this sweet space and I-don't-even-know-how-many massages we've done on those 1,000 people - holy guacamole batman!  There will be free 5 minute chair massages, little take-home treats, wine, snacky-food and a chance to win a four pack of massages! I'm a Mrs! A Big Shout Out!

A month ago today I married this guy that I've been shacked up with for a number of years now. The day was full of happy tears, "FINALLY's!", tons of love and hugs and laughter. It was beautiful! We even got lucky with the weather, celebrating under a cherished old Oak tree, on a breezy 80 degree day, with a few fluffy white clouds and radiant sun in the sky. Simply perfection.

This post though isn't to re-live my wedding day but rather to express my sincere gratitude for my family here at Q - all of you. Your support, encouragement and sweet check-ins did not go un-noticed OR unappreciated. It honestly fills my heart to the brim knowing that so many of you cared about the biggest, most important day of my life, and with such sincerity. The general interest regarding this big day did not end at midnight on August 11th either. I am still seeing some of you for the first time since the wedding and am greeted with an "Are you a Mrs. yet?" or "Hello Mrs." in which case my heart gets a big 'ol happy burst every time!

I hope I've been able to convey just how thankful I am for all of you who took a part of such a special day, it means more than you know.

Mister Sandman???

Gah!! Daylight savings already??!? *sigh, shuffles to coffee pot* must. re-regulate. sleep habits! I don't know about you, but anytime we shift the clocks around it feels like my world has been rocked off it's axis. That subtle 60 minutes really takes its toll! And even when we're not talking time warping (I'm having flashbacks to Rocky Horror Picture Show) sleep can feels somewhat elusive.
