One door closes, and another one stays open

To all our lovely Q-clients...

When entrepreneurs set out, bringing a portion of that dream to an end never enters into the realm of consideration while being swept up in the rush of all things fresh and exciting. But most things must change, as I've heard that really IS the only constant in life, and is also very true for Quintessence.

As of August 31st, 2011 our Cortland office on 4 Church Street will be closing our doors. After a lot of heart, mind, and spirit searching about how to proceed after some significant financial shifts, there's only so much one little Adrienne can muster and manage (I know I may emerge out of random telephone booths at times with a cape and awesome superhero belt on, but that's just my cool sense of style...). I'm always coaching my clients and massage students to find a way to bring better balance into their life, create time to regenerate and ignite the soul and take good care of themselves. I guess it's about time I start following my own (...and GREAT, I might add...) advice.

I am truly sad to be leaving the sweet community Cortland has made for our merry bunch and I have so much gratitude for the beautiful relationships we have fostered with you all though trust, authentic conversation and excellent massage therapy care. But with this change brings a surge of energy to Ithaca's operations, additional availability in my (I'm Adrienne, hi.) schedule and renewed vision and focus for Quintessence overall. Some fun things are going to be coming down the pike with my freed up and more focused moxie.

For those of you with Gift Certificates, they'll be honored in the Ithaca office too. And for those of you that want to continue receiving the same fabuloso massage sessions, come on down for a visit, we'd love to see you! I'll even throw in a 60 minute massage for $55 for all you Cortland peeps wanting to make the beautiful countryside drive to try out the Ithaca office (it's right across from the Ithaca Mall - easy peasy).

I want to send out my heartfelt appreciation for the love, learning, and growth you all have offered me and the other therapists in Cortland. We could never have become what we are today without all of you, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Be Well (seriously, I mean it!),
Adrienne
